The 2 Horse Straight Load Float presents an interior designed with the comfort and safety of your horses at the forefront. Inside this float, your horses will enjoy the safety of reinforced aluminium flooring, which is complemented by an anti-slip rubber floor, ramp, and inner side panel, providing a secure footing during travel. Adjustable bays with removable stallion bars allow for a customizable space, accommodating horses of various sizes. Padded horse protection frames add an extra layer of safety and comfort. For storage convenience, there’s an overhead large rug box and a front tack box with adjustable saddle racks and bridle hooks, keeping all your gear organized. The swing-out saddle box, with a height of 1500mm, offers practical storage for three saddles. All these features are illuminated by downlights, reading lights, and door lights, creating a serene and safe environment for your horses.

Robustness & Utility

The 2 Horse Straight Load Float is an epitome of functional elegance and durability on the outside. Its chassis is crafted from robust RHS galvanized steel, and it rides on solid 50mm x 50mm square tandem axle 2000kg suspension, ensuring stability on the road. The suspension system is enhanced by a 60mm/7mm heavy-duty rocker roller leaf spring, with electric drum brakes providing reliable stopping power. The mechanical handbrake and mechanical override brake add layers of safety. The float stands on commercial light truck tyres with 14” alloy wheels and embossed mud flaps, combining practicality with style. The body is finished with a customizable metallic PPG paint and a fully welded RHS galvanized steel frame for lasting endurance. Special molded FRP fibre-reinforced polymer fiberglass roof and checker plate stone guard protect the float from the elements, while the horse yards are securely ringed with anti-rust compression and T locks. For convenience, the float features a waterproof wind-out cassette awning, providing shelter during outdoor activities.
